Having access to a pool was a dream and really made the location feel like a resort. We basically had the pool and got tub to ourselves as no one else in the complex ever used it while we were there. “The location was great, the checkin process and gated security was convenient and secure; the unit was on the 3rd floor (no elevator) which was something I’m not sure I knew but wasn’t a big deal for us; overall the unit was clean and had plenty of extras (dish, laundry, body soaps) - I did notice that the table lamps were hard to turn on in one of the bedrooms (maybe add extension cords) and the doors, door jams and some of the walls were kind of dirty - not a huge deal but something some...

“Yes the location was close and the owner let me check in around 1 pm but the property was definitely not like the pictures. The couches outside were dirty, looked like they have not been cleaned in months. Microwave was cracked and had trouble starting it at first. Blankets/linen were not washed. The bed is LOUD. The owner needs to get rid of the bed ASAP. You can’t even move on it without it making noise. Bathtub creaks as well… make sure you bring your own towels and washcloths bc they are not...

“1 bedroom apartment in nice dog friendly apartment complex with a pool and hot tub. Check in was easy, there's plenty of free parking, and we took an Uber to the strip for under $10. Overall a great stay.”

“I spent four nights here in April 2024. Great corner apartment with a beautiful view of the Strip, close to everything, very comfortable. Rafi was an excellent host, responsive and easy communications. One caution: the kitchen is not set up well for doing much of your own cooking. Otherwise highly recommended!”

“We came to Las Vegas for the Rolling Stones concert at the Allegiant Stadium. We didn't want to be on the strip and so this was a great location with parking included and a comfortable, clean condo. Allen made sure we got in OK and even made a recommendation for dinner.”

“You get what you pay for. Condo needs a good cleaning and paint. Doors need fixing and updating. Washer does a poor job of cleaning. Expected the fireplace in working condition but was an eye sore Would help to say it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator.”

“Very nice resort with good-sized pools and plenty of shaded spaces (which is what we need). We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed using the barbecues and the complimentary shuttle to the strip. There is even a shuttle to the grocery store. Very friendly staff.”
