My group was there for a music festival that we are performing at, and it made the trip super enjoyable since we had a place retreat to. If we get invited back to the festival we will look to rent this property again.”

It's quirky, and that makes it so fun. Plenty of room, lots of fun things to do, great location close to the strip, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The host was excellent and quick to communicate. We were very happy and would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

Good communication with owner, off street private park spot (shared driveway with owner). Under 10 minutes to Vegas Strip. Comfortable bed. Bathroom small but workable. 2 burner stove top, decent size fridge, coffee maker. Minimal kitchen supplies. ”

“The house is cute inside and out. It was very thoroughly cleaned. The sleeping arrangements could be better… two beds were missing supports and there were concrete boxes placed underneath to keep the mattress from falling through to the floor. But the mattress still supported my back and my I had no pain. Bring your own coffee - they have filters & a pot.”

“The house was clean and check in was easy. Location was totally fine. The kitchen has minimal supplies (ex: one cutting board and no measuring cup). Grill was spotless! We sent some concerns around a very loose hot water tap and dishwasher not attached to cabinet to the contact so hopefully those get addressed. Otherwise totally adequate.”

“Very nice resort with good-sized pools and plenty of shaded spaces (which is what we need). We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed using the barbecues and the complimentary shuttle to the strip. There is even a shuttle to the grocery store. Very friendly staff.”
