“Every thing was great except some doors were harder to close and open then should be”

“Great check in process with a door code. Easy communication with owner thru app. Clear directions throughout house. Adorable and well kept condoplex community in Culver City. About 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown/Main Street culver. 15-20 mins by car to Santa Monica, 30 mins to Hollywood. Home has everything you’ll need, including great shower products. Would book again! Only recommendation (if any) would be for an upgrade to the sheets.”

“Mimi and her family made our stay wonderful. She met ujs at the apartment and showed myself and family the hot tub and rooms. Good location for Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and other sites. We hope to come back and enjoy this nice apartment.”

“This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

“If your looking to be near the beach this is a great spot. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Parking spot (+guest spot!!) was great to have even if the garage is a maze.”

“My family and I spent five nights at this property. We were going to stay closer to Santa Monica, but when we saw this place, and it being beach front, we couldn't pass it up. Place is as advertised. Very clean, updated and spacious. Close to anything you need, restaurants, bar, grocery, pharmacy etc. Kitchen and bathroom VERY well stocked with all the little things you don't (or forget to) bring. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions and made checking-in and out very easy.”

“We had a short stay but the place was just what we were looking for. Close to downtown dining & shops. It was very clean overall, except for the carpeting in the bedrooms which was old and stained & probably needs to be replaced at this point. It would be 5 stars all around aside from that.”

“The host was very responsive with questions while we were preparing for the trip and going through the check-in process. Good location that was a 15-20min walk to the convention center. Front desk was always very friendly and the apartment always felt safe. The pool was cute and clean. Only concern was the apartment didn’t smell the cleanest and some of the bedding didn’t smell very clean when we got there but we just ran it through the washer/dryer that is present in the apartment. Great place...

“Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)”

It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. “Great location just next to the beach and the busiest part of Venice Beach. Super helpful and friendly staff. No issues with AC. Plenty of space in the room. Big fresh bathroom. Rooftop was cozy with great afternoon views. The elevator is old, charming but messy if you are carrying a lot of bags.”

Väggar och golv lövtunna så alla rörelser i rum bredvid hördes väl. Vi hade tre rum och ena rummet luktade sopor under hela vistelsen.
