“We were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!”

“La ubicación del lugar es muy hermoso, muy tranquilo, céntrico de Los Angeles, solo un pequeño detalle que no tiene estacionamiento propio. De 8:00 am a 6:00 pm no pudes estacionarte en esa calle debes pagar un permiso para ello. Eso fue lo que quizas no fue de mi agrado, pero todo bien en los demás.”

We also were able to walk too many places for dinner and groceries we felt very secure inside and the parking and gate keys were great. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. “My first visit to Glendale with a pleasant house for 12 days. Very clean. Communication with the managers were good. They always answered within 5 minutes when I needed something. And were also friendly people. The house had the perfect location. All the attractions of Glendale were within 10 minutes of the house. Thank you!”

“Our son is at Gnomon, a college specializing in animation and computer aided design in the heart of Hollywood. Our stay at this lovely one bedroom apartment high in the hills but only 10 minutes or less from our son was absolutely perfect. We love to hike and less than 200 yards from this place was a trail that led down to the Hollywood reservoir or up to Mulholland drive. The view was lovely, the night air cool and the surroundings tranquil. one couldn't ask for anything more.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled all the way from NZ with our 3 teenage kids. We all had a place to sleep, including the use of the fold out couch. The property was nice and clean and we even trained at a local gym which was a 2 minute walk away My only complaint was the noise from people staying above us. The floors are VERY thin and they were VERY noisy right up until 2 in the morning!! We could hear everything and I got barely any sleep for the first 2 nights. Thankfully they moved on...

“Don't hesitate to book a stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, upscale and very safe. There is always parking out front. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. Excited to return soon and try the pool in warmer weather.”

“Great location just next to the beach and the busiest part of Venice Beach. Super helpful and friendly staff. No issues with AC. Plenty of space in the room. Big fresh bathroom. Rooftop was cozy with great afternoon views. The elevator is old, charming but messy if you are carrying a lot of bags.”

“Vyn är magisk från taket! Detta var det som vägde upp vår vistelse här. Boendet var tyvärr inte alls som förväntan. Gick inte att få värme i rummen. Väggar och golv lövtunna så alla rörelser i rum bredvid hördes väl. Vi hade tre rum och ena rummet luktade sopor under hela vistelsen. Vid vår påpekan om det fick vi veta att det var det vi betalat för och kunde avboka om vi ej var nöjda, ups. Mkt otrevlig dam som tyvärr tog emot vårt ärende. Städpersonal och andra i reception trevliga. Parkeringen...

“Ganska jobbig upplevelse då incheckningen var otroligt krånglig och boendets ägare oavbrutet hotade med diverse böter om man gjorde det ena eller det andra. Detaljer såsom persienner och diskmaskin var i otroligt dåligt skick och ytterbelysningen (som tändes kl 01) lyste upp hela lägenheten. Fläkten lät som ett tröskverk. Lakan och kuddar lämnar rätt mycket övrigt att önska... Läget är bra och lägenheten var rätt mysig trots allt. ”
