“This cozy cottage is well appointed with anything you could possibly need for a carefree stay in Santa Barbara. The location cannot be beat. We didn’t use the car once. Endless restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Don’t miss the farmers market on a Saturday! And the beds, so cozy! I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!”

“My friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the Moxi (a 10 minute walk away). The location was so convenient to both State St and the venue. The house was clean and comfortable—perfect as a home base for close friends who don’t mind sharing some bathroom space and weren’t looking to cook meals at home.”

“We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.”
