“Everything was good. The gym is much better than most hotel gyms. We just had one slight glitch when housekeeping didn’t replace the soiled towel I left on the floor. I called down and got extra towels promptly so not really a complaint. It would be nice if coffee and tea were left out all day.”

“The location is perfect but expect traffic congestion to make navigating the entrance for valet parking. The staff were attentive and polite. The checkout system via the TV was not working and the billed charges were incorrect so I had to check out at the desk. Unfortunately, I did have time to use the amenities. Good value.”

Couldn’t get a seat at the bar upstairs even though it was totally empty because everything was reserved. Parking is kind of a nightmare, so whatever your total for the hotel is tack on another $35/night for parking in a nearby garage.”

“I didn’t like having a $50 per night hold put on my credit card. When someone pays in advance for a week with a credit card, there shouldn’t be a further charge to the card that adds up to more than half the cost of the room from the beginning! The night manager was kind enough to remove the hold when I complained about it, but it was put back on two days later. For this reason alone, I will no longer be staying at this hotel.”
