“I booked a family unit with one double bed and two singles only go get there to one bed. The lady we called said we will have to pay extra for every person who will be sleeping in their unit. We had to fight for one more person and ended up looking for another guest house for the other two people yet we paid for the family unit.”

“Very comfortable stay. Quality bed ensured good night's rest. Lovely hot water all the time. Kitchen not up to standard, lacking items like no spoons and no drying cloth. Crockery found in the cupboard was greasy and dirty upon arrival. Had to wash before able to use. Towels sub-standard quality. The gentleman who helped us does the night shift alone and what amazing service he gave. The rooms were spotless, well ventilated and stocked. “I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Room 603 However, my aircon dod not blow cold at all. The Hot water in my room took 15 mins to come, an extreme waste of water. This was with the maintenance crew standing and pouring the taps i could not use thw shower as the cold tap was not functional. I was then assisted to tey find a new room. Of which we tried 612, 311 & 200 and something, not one of the rooms aircons worked. Nor did any of thw taps run hot in under 5 mins of pouring...
