“This beach house was in a great location close to town. It was clean and affordable. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra bedding in both rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked, including trash bags, cleaning supplies and spices. The bathroom had supplies in case you forget anything. We loved that it was dog friendly, close beach access and walking distance to town. We will be staying here again in the future.”

“This property was just what our family needed. My 13yo and 8yo shared the room with two beds, they both said their beds were very comfy. The extra room we saved for Grandpa to stay with us, he resides locally. He chose to stay only one night as he missed his own bed. The master bed was spacious, bed was creaky when you move. “We stayed for 6 days and it was amazing. Amber was very open with us and made it a completely stress free check in. We showed up and were informed the garage door was having issues. Within twenty minutes she had someone there to fix it. On top of how easy it was to check in, it's in a beautiful area. Your about 1 block from public beach access. The house was just as described and pictures do it justice. Very clean as well. Would 100% recommend.”

“My daughter and I were in town visiting my three sons who live on the island. This was a perfect location for us. Close to EVERYTHING! The owner was very prompt with communication. Nice touch to have a basket of holiday goodies upon arrival. One big plus is to have linens, towels, kitchen supplies etc all there. Thank you for a nice stay!!”

“The Little Blue Cottage was the perfect get away for ringing in the new year. The location was within walking distance to the beach and many local eateries. Places that required a drive were all a short distance away. The cottage was well appointed with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, immaculate throughout. “The property is as described, cute and clean. Kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea bar which was a nice touch. Cable TV was very spotty, but they did have Apple TV and a large selection of DVDs. Showers had great water pressure, beds upstairs were soft, whereas the Queen downstairs was very firm. Very close to UNCW and only 15-20 minutes to beach depending on traffic. Host was easy to connect with and check out was a breeze. Only feedback would be to clean backdoor entry before guests arrive...

“Our stay in Carolina Beach was great. We had a few children with us which there were plenty of items at the house to keep them entertained. The Carolina Beach pier was a short walk or golf cart ride away which was great for both kids and adults. The location was was convenient to what we needed while also being pretty quiet at night. This house had everything we needed and wanted, we very much enjoyed our stay!”

The 1st time was perfect, but this time, there was popcorn all over the living room floor, the bathrooms were not very clean & the furniture throughout the unit was very dusty. It appears no one has stayed in this unit for quite a while. The 6 remote controls in living room also is confusing & frustrating. Internet was good.
