This beach cottage at Surf City was an excellent choice for my husband and I, along with our dog, Jax! Great accommodations and quick responses from the host! Thank you for providing a great get-away! Hopefully, we can stay there again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was extremely clean and well decorated - just like the pictures! There is an “old-house smell” when you first walk in, but it did not bother us too much. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to breakfast! Not to mention, we loved being able to have our dog with us! Overall, we would recommend staying here!

Love staying at Cozy cottage. Close to public access on a quiet street. Walking distance to some of our favorite places in Surf City. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We LOVED staying here and will try to book again! Sherman is an excellent host. The cottage was one of the most hospitable and best-stocked houses we have ever stayed in!

Great stay!

This place was great! It was a wonderful house and had everything that we needed. The location to the beach access was perfect!! We also walked to dinner every night we were there. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will hopefully be back to vacation here again!

Clean, well stocked, easy check in, very comfortable home. We were in town to meet our newborn granddaughter and it was perfect. Enough room for my son his wife my husband and I and a baby and doggy. Beach is literally across the street, 50 yards to public walkway to the sand. Nice porch with chairs, outbuilding with all the necessities. Our son will be here another 4 years, we’ll definitely be back, this was perfect.

Very short walk to the beach, It was a great getaway for my family. The host was attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
