“Stayed one night on a trip through town and will not do again next time I visiting Prescott. Room was decent size but felt very unclean. There were spots on the cover to the bed and someone's old take away food container still in the fridge when I arrived. The bathroom had an incredibly strong smell and small sticky spots here and there on the floor and sink. The door to the hallway didn't cancel any noise and the carpet in the hallway was dirty. Breakfast was what you would expect.”

“It's a beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Be sure to go out and enjoy downtown Prescott before it gets too late because, despite its wild west past, it's a town that closes down pretty early in the evening. But you couldn't ask for a better location for enjoying downtown. “Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again.”
