“This hotel was cheap and in a convenient location right off the main road into town. Other than that the first room we were given smelled so strong of smoke we asked to be moved. The office was very apologetic and kindly switched us. The second room was slightly better, still not great but we were tired. As far as sleeping went the mattress felt like a board with egg crate foam covering it, though that might have been more comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of cereal, soupy oatmeal or waiting...

“Stayed one night on a trip through town and will not do again next time I visiting Prescott. Room was decent size but felt very unclean. There were spots on the cover to the bed and someone's old take away food container still in the fridge when I arrived. The bathroom had an incredibly strong smell and small sticky spots here and there on the floor and sink. The door to the hallway didn't cancel any noise and the carpet in the hallway was dirty. Breakfast was what you would expect.”

“Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again.”
