“Love the house. The property is amazing. The layout of the home was great! The ONLY issues were the hot water- it doesn’t last long AND there was a leak coming from the range hood so we just kept a pot on the stove to catch the water. The community pool was amazing. We would 100% stay here again!”

“The property itself is realy cool and unique, the cenote is awsome but to get there you have to drive off the path a bit maybe 10 to 15 min. On a dirt road with absolutely no light at night, communication was awsome and staff very helful, its secure but dont feel as secluded as i anticipared due to the other property being directly next to our loft, and you can pretty much see everything we are doing due to the glass walls, make sure you have mosquito repellent because you will definitely need...

“We really enjoyed this property and location. This location was quite with as much sea glass as one could want. Only 5 minutes from North Beach and 20 minutes from Punta Sur by golf cart. Amazing sunrise from the master bed. We swam in the ocean (of course with water shoes) just out the back door. Appliances all worked well and had plenty of bottled water ready for us. Fast response from host we we had questions. Highly recommend”

“We booked this property since we had a wedding nearby. It is a lovely spot right on the ocean, with its own cenote. The place was private, clean, and had ample space for a large family or group of friends. Many beds available, A/C, swimming pool, options for chef and babysitters. Not super luxurious but that's not that the place is about. Would definitely recommend it, and may even look to book it again in the future.”

“This was the perfect little house for my stay. I ran into a lot of difficulties with my hotel and this house came in clutch for me. They even worked to get me in before the 24 hour required reservation. The house was beautiful, clean and the owner and Manager were excellent. Very professional, very kind, and very helpful. I would recommend this day for anyone coming to Cancun. They were truly a blessing in disguise.”
