“Loved our stay at this property. Very friendly staff. The apartment was actually bigger than I expected. It was quiet and only a 1 block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!”

“I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything.”

“A very nice, clean and relatively modern studio that was as advertised. Location is not too bad, fairly close to the beach, but away from most craziness. The beach that is within walking distance was very crowded, but thats to be expected on Memorial Day weekend. Overall I would recommend this place and would book it again”

“Suitable for a 2 people stay. Great pier for sunsets, beach, and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool opens to outdoors which was nice. Good views. No issues with checking in/out.”

“The location of the unit is in a nice quiet area, quick access to the beach. Overall the place is nicely set up with everything you need for your stay, linens, beach chairs, games, kitchen supplies. Cleanliness could have been a little better but for the price it wasnt a bad stay.”

“The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay.”

“There were no heat in the property Hot water was on and off. Needed to change room to get hot water. Property manager gave heaters but when turn both at the same time they did not work properly. ”

“We had a fantastic time. Darlene was an awesome host. Loved spending time on the deck. Enjoyed live music on Saturday and a DJ Sunday. Check out Saltwater 75. Great place good food on the water.”

“This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

“There was no closet to hang clothes . Had to keep stuff in suitcases . Had 2 couches in small efficiency . If it were my place I would remove one of them and put a wardrobe for clothes . The table had crumbs all over it and in the cracks.”

“I loved how it was so close to everything very convenient at the same time kept tou far enoughaway from all the noise. Definitely would recommend and stay again”

“This apartment is in a great location, but the pictures make it look like it's in MUCH better shape than it is. Broken floor tiles, low ceilings (6'6"), window A/C units that are MUCH too noisy to use while sleeping. Tiny bathroom. The only reason to stay here is the convenient location and the low(ish) price for a 2BR. My 7yo walked in and noted within two minutes: "This is the worst place I've ever been."”

“We got what we paid for. Not complaining at all. It's bare bones. If you get a room you get a bed , fridge, tv, microwave. Our view was right on the boardwalk and could see and hear the ocean which was equally one of our favorite parts. Slept so good. The downside is just because it can get a little noisy at certain periods because you are right on the boardwalk, but it was nothing overwhelmingly loud. Just be aware that you can hear the sounds of the boardwalk. Would definitely book here again...
