“Overall I enjoyed my stay, but was very disappointed with the curtain situation. I chose this specific unit because it stated it had blackout curtains to allow you to sleep. Well the sliding door had blackout curtains, but the other 3 windows in the room did not. By 6:30 am the whole unit was lit up. “The property was old, outdated, balcony faces concrete wall & basketball court, unit reeked of cigarette smoke , furniture was worn. Nothing to like about unit. ”

“Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. ”

“We never could get the TV to work. Good thing there was a DVD player and we brought a couple of our toddler’s favorite dvd’s. Before you leave you have to strip your bed and bring all your towels and wash clothes down to the laundry room. It’s a pretty good walk to a beach which was barracuda beach. It was actually a private beach but after 5pm there’s no one there to enforce it. Other than that we drove to pompano Joe’s public access beach like 2.5 miles away. You’re RIGHT up your neighbors...

“It was our very first time visiting Destin! It was absolutely beautiful and breath taking! The owner Joseph was even better, so easy to get ahold of and worked with us! He even allowed us to add on an extra night! The studio was as cute as could be. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back next year for sure! “We were happy with our stay at this resort. It was super clean, had all of the amenities we wanted, and very close to Seaside. My husband, two daughters (13 & 5) stayed at the resort. It was the perfect size for a long week-end stay!”

“It was pretty much what I expected. A few relatively minor things. 1) It would have been nice if the fridge was larger but I knew it was just a mini-fridge when I made the reservation. The freezer section of the mini was iced over and the fridge didn't seem to keep things very cold. Turning the temperature control from 5 (the coldest setting) to 3 seemed to help. So, we ended up using coolers to keep things cold, but we had to get ice at the grocery store since the ice maker on the main floor...

“Upon arrival, the unit was very nice and is exactly like the pictures. You could walk out the back door and trip onto the beach! It’s about a total of 40 yards to the beach from the back patio & will make you want to come back ASAP. The only reason cleanliness wasn’t 5 stars was due to a brown spot being on the couch when we got there. Otherwise it was a perfect spot in a very nice location!
