“Very beautiful hotel, but two things brought the overall impression down: 1) Lipstick stains on drinking glass at bedside table, no tissues in room, hair in several locations in bathroom 2) Phone to reception didn't work which meant that I couldn't communicate with staff re early check-in, meaning that I had to walk to the hotel from my location and back unnecessarily. Staff was not helpful in finding solutions, nor did they offer compensation (even a symbolic one).”
