“We had a leak in our units roof and it took us going to the front desk 3 times before they changed our room. Our butler told us that he was going to get us something for our inconvenience but he did not. We also had no hot water our 1st day in the leaky unit. Once we moved rooms everything was wonderful and our new butler Bolivar was wonderful. He even messaged me to make sure we made it home ok”

“This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and although it’s not my thing I have to say that I had a great experience. The place itself is gorgeous, and it’s evident that it is brand new as everything is in mint condition. Food was good and breakfast was excellent. Pools and beach are amazing, big ups for serving drinks using premium alcohol!! Gym was really good for being a hotel gym. Lastly, super service from everyone in the staff!”

“The property is very nice with spacious apartments by a nice pool and a restaurant right by the pool. There is a lot of growth and construction in Punta Cana overall but that takes place during the day when you're likely to be at the beach. The evenings are very nice and quiet.
