We had a fantastic stay! Super clean and well kept property. Plenty of room and the 2.5 bathrooms was a game changer when you have 4 adults and a teenager! I highly recommend this house! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This is our third year at Graces and we LOVE it here! Miranda is so kind and responsive and genuinely cares about your experience. The house is always super clean and well maintained. The pool was perfection. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. The floor plan is great for multigenerational families or families with kiddos or just couples. The porch is the place to be every morning and evening to look over the water. I cannot say enough how much this is our happy place.

Excellent location in Rockport, Tx

House is beautiful, the neighborhood is small and quiet. The fishing pier is in good shape, the pool is beautiful and well kept. Check in was simple and the property owners requests were simple and based in common sense.

Amazing Place

Beautiful home with excellent immensities. The pier is perfect with plenty of fish to catch and the pool is incredible with lots of shade. The location is very central to Rockport and Fulton. There was NO OVEN!!! So I could not bake cookies or my hisband’s favorite pie for his anniversary. Very DISAPPOINTED!!
Our view from Master bedroom. Terrible!
Missing Swing! FALSE ADVERTISING!
View from back porch! Not appealing!
The property has broken tiles everywhere. Empty cement lots. Rundown property!
