The apartment is spacious and clean. Be aware it’s a 3rd floor walk-up and the 4th bedroom is an additional flight up. The beds are very firm, and ample pillows and towels provided. It’s in a great neighborhood and the owner is wonderfully responsive.

Terrible noise, old shower and towels, very comlicated check-in process and most of all the hidden insurance fee which you are unaware of until you receive the booking confirmation. Then you are told you can't cancel the booking. Will not recommend.

Overall the apartment was nice and clean! It could use some updating such as paint and furniture. I wasn’t aware that you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There is parking across the street that you have to pay for daily. The host was responsive when I had a questions.

I loved staying here. My kids always had something to do, even when we had down time. It might not be aesthetically perfect but it still had a comfortable “home away from home” feeling. If we go back we are staying there again. No Doubt! Thank you Sasha!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay, a few things overall didn't work quite the way they should but nothing we couldn't work around. Host was responsive while we were there and it is a fantastic location, especially with 3 teens. I would stay there again!

One night stay in Philly

Easy check in process, good communication by the host and would stay again. Things could be updated but well worth it for the price, 4 large bedrooms in a loud and busy part of the city center.

Short stay

We came to Philly for a baseball game and just two nights. The place was roomy enough for the four of us. We could walk everywhere and to the train to get to the game so the location was good. We didn’t eat or use the kitchen during our stay. It was prefect for what we needed.

Perfectly suited for our stay. In town for a quick overnight for an event. The weather forecast was spotty so having the games was a win! The bedroom configuration was exactly what our extended family needed to be comfortable. The only thing to be aware of was that this is an upper floor unit. The neighbor below complained that the kids were too loud. They were not doing anything other than using the pool table. We were not in the unit very long but if we’d been there longer, it may have posed a problem.
