“This charming 2 bed, 1 bath cottage is in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to coffee shops, breakfast spots and dinner restaurants. Close to the beach one direction and city pier the other. It is well stocked with all you would need and exceptionally clean. The screened porch in back with solar lighting in the back yard is ideal for your evening glass of wine! Definitely recommend!”

“This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

“A nice small space for short stays. Wish they offered a dresser, had to live a week out of suitcases and there was plenty of room for them to offer a dresser in the closet. Too few places to hang towels to dry outside. Kitchen offering is limited but you can get by. Walking distance to town and beaches.”

“This cottage is what old Florida was when we were kids. A great little escape for a local. Very well updated inside, so comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked you will not need a thing. And plenty of beach towels and several chairs to take down to the sand. The beach was so private and quiet. Loved the little deck out back as well for extra living space. Easy to get to Publix for all your sundries and grilling needs to use on the two available grills out back. Also the unit was back...

“My friend and I, to celebrate Mother's Day without kids, spend 4 days at this delightful cottage on Anna Maria Island. I have only glowing reports regarding the location and the hosts. This cute and old-fashioned cottage sits in a great location and is in walking distance to shops, the Anna Maria Pier, restaurants and especially, the beach! It sits next to Capt Anthony's fish market which would have been interesting to watch; however, the owners were on vacation so we missed the action. Joanne...

“Absolutely perfect place to stay in Siesta Key. The studio was absolutely spotless, well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Inn premises was in nice condition, heated pool, grill, furniture, all worked really good. Close to the wonderful beach, and also close to the Village, with restaurants and shops. Paige and Gabe was soo nice to us, almost as old friends.”

“My husband and I rented this unit for our 30th wedding anniversary and we cannot be happier with our decision! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, or to the free trolley bus stop…no need to move the car if you don’t want to. The apartment was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. My only recommendation is that the mattress needs to be changed and the coffee maker requires Keurig coffee cups and the ones left at the apartment, were from a different brand so we couldn’t...

“The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time.”

My only complaint was the furniture was a tad uncomfortable, but we definitely plan to stay here again so it wasn’t that bad. “Wonderful stay, Sue thought of all the amenities to make it an enjoyable stay without having to think of what to bring. Beach chairs, umbrella,cooler,travel cart! Everything was fully stocked. The walk to the beach was a short 4 minutes down your side street! Location was easy proximity to Dr. Armand's, Downtown Sarasota. Enjoyed walking to paddle boarding at Mangroves right down the road. Ebike tour at Myakka state park and eating at great restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive.”

“Trevlig rum nära stranden. Rent och kontinuerlig städning. Frukost finns inte på hotellet, men bra frukost/brunchställe i närheten. Negativt dock att det var svårt att hitta en lämplig plats på stranden om man inte ville hyra strandstolar. Stranden för övrigt fantastisk. ”

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places.
