“The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed...

“Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“We love our vacations on AMI (since 2015) and this year was no different. The unit was perfect for us (3 people). A very short walk to the beach and good location to Pine and north of the island. Layout of the unit was unique but everything was provided - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. Beds need an update though but that is a minor point.”

“Wonderful stay, Sue thought of all the amenities to make it an enjoyable stay without having to think of what to bring. Beach chairs, umbrella,cooler,travel cart! Everything was fully stocked. The walk to the beach was a short 4 minutes down your side street! Location was easy proximity to Dr. Armand's, Downtown Sarasota. Enjoyed walking to paddle boarding at Mangroves right down the road. Ebike tour at Myakka state park and eating at great restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive.”

“Trevlig rum nära stranden. Rent och kontinuerlig städning. Frukost finns inte på hotellet, men bra frukost/brunchställe i närheten. Negativt dock att det var svårt att hitta en lämplig plats på stranden om man inte ville hyra strandstolar. Stranden för övrigt fantastisk. ”

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places.
