“They were so accommodating at Tropical Villas. As part of your stay you had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, coffee pods, sand sifter, beach towels (all in your villa). On-site you have access to use bicycles and washer n dryer at no extra charge. The Elite Villa we stayed in had direct access to the enclosed bug free pool. Our room was extremly clean and reminiscent of old school Florida cottage. The grounds were lush and they even had a sweet little wild brown bunny who wondered around...

“This is our second trip to sea palm cottages in the last 8 months. The house is comfortable, the decor is lovely and the owners are delightful to work with. The pool is a backyard oasis and is an easy walk to white sand beaches and downtown restaurants and shops. We are already planning our next visit back!”

“The place roomy, clean, well stocked. Perfect for our week at the beach. I do wish the screened porch was fully screened. There is a spiral staircase that goes to the pool from the screened porch and it allows mosquitoes to enter the area.”

“This was our third stay at Boathouse Cottage and it never disappoints. Stocked with everything you need for your stay. Short stroll to the beach. We love the private pool. The pool is in the sun all day. A lot of the rentals have shaded pool areas which is not what I want coming from the north! We have already booked again for next year, we can’t wait!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Bay - Canal Waterfront! We enjoyed the amenities - the pool is beautiful, large and in the sun all day but plenty of shady areas if you want that too. The kayaks were enjoyed as well and we did have some manatee sightings! We enjoyed the golf cart as well! The layout of the house is 2 separate areas with a full unit on top and on bottom. The only complaint we had which cannot be controlled by the owner is the smell of the muck that congregates at the end of the canal which...

“We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night.”

“Wonderful stay, Sue thought of all the amenities to make it an enjoyable stay without having to think of what to bring. Beach chairs, umbrella,cooler,travel cart! Everything was fully stocked. The walk to the beach was a short 4 minutes down your side street! Location was easy proximity to Dr. Armand's, Downtown Sarasota. Enjoyed walking to paddle boarding at Mangroves right down the road. Ebike tour at Myakka state park and eating at great restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive.”

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago.
