“Clean, attractive place with extremely comfortable bed and great kitchen and bathroom amenities (coffee pods and supplies, shampoo/body wash, hair dryer, dishes, and soaps) located conveniently near downtown near good food and bars. The seasons are changing, so there were some ants and small flies, but it was a small inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I had a wonderful time in the cottage. It is quiet and enjoyable. The garden in the back is very peaceful, and my dog loved it there. It's in a nice neighborhood with limited noise, and would be a great place to walk your dog or enjoy the beautiful North Carolina sunsets.”

“A couple of things, upon initially entry, the wall mounted TV was noticeably crooked/slanted. We sat and watched TV one of our nights there and it was distracting. Nowhere to put luggage other than floor or bed or funiture. It would be nice to have a luggage rack. The toilet appeared to be a little low. Although it may be normal height, maybe some thing a little higher for elderly and handicapped may be more practical. For someone dealing with a lower back injury, it was not easy to get on and...

“The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night.”

Even had an issue with our debit card when making our payment that locked my debit card for 24 hours and they worked with me to allow time for the hold to clear without rejecting our reservation and reposting for a new renter.
