Did not know what to expect as far as conveniences expect that there was a fridge and stove, and was told no coffee pot or microwave. Were pleasantly surprised to find dishes, pots and pans, a keurig machine and a microwave. Room was comfortable and quiet. Definitely recommend to others coming to Ocean Grove.”

“My visit to The Allenhurst was pleasant. Small space but accommodated all my needs for a two night stay. Pretty quiet. Bed and pillows were comfy. Everything was clean. The only thing i would consider is perhaps a tiny bedside lamp so I wouldn't have to get up to turn off the overhead lights once I settled but that was minor and not a big deal at all. “No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise”
