“It already started when we were to check in. We arrived after the time the check-in was but none of the rooms were ready for check-in. I asked if it was possible to get a different type of room, but it was not possible. The bed in the room was so unstable that it felt like a waterbed. We have a small child with us, when we asked if we could heat seaweed porridge, we were told that you are not allowed to bring food from outside. That is, the restaurant can not heat baby food.
