“Jag tyckte väldigt mycket om hotellet och personalen var väldigt trevliga allt var perfekt rummet var perfekt restaurangen jag e mycket nöjd de e sååååå trevliga allt var perfekt jag skulle kommma o bo i det hotellet igen och rekomonderar till mina vänner om de teser till Dubai att bo på denna hotellet ”

“The hotel it’s perfect but the service it’s a one star hotel service. Last week I stayed at address in Istanbul so that you can call service. I got the same level of service in all other addresses like Sky view and other addresses in UAE. At the check in time it’s took 45 minutes only reach the front desk agent it was same at checkout as well. We asked for a bellboy and no one came to help us with our luggage. 5 stars building and hotel but one star service.”

“I read many bad reviews, but it was a good stay for me. It was 5 stars service at least. I arrived at around 9:00, but the receptionist prepared for a room. I could relax with the beautiful view from the 66th floor and the world’s highest located pool on the 75th floor. Clean and large room has high speed wifi. I had a problem with the door to the balcony and I had to call to the guest service. They came to me within 30min. Unfortunately, the problem wasn’t resolved, but I had no problem any...
