"Facility and breakfast are excellent. Unfortunately, the service is a complete failure. A deposit of 1,000 AED was charged and, now 10 days after checkout, it has still not been refunded. I have spoken to the hotel by phone three times. Each call ends with being transferred between multiple departments, with no one taking ownership of the issue. Every time, a new explanation is given regarding the delay. During my first call last week, I was told the refund would take 4–5 days. Today, 10 days after checkout, I was informed that it “normally takes 14 working days.” I am an Expedia Gold member with 50–100 hotel nights per year, and this is by far the worst service experience I have ever had."
