“Terrible loud traffic noise for multiple hours late into the night…sounded like continuous drag racing that left us unable to sleep”

“Lovely room. We checked in late and the parking attendant was helpful and quick with our car. Easy check in and a wonderful breakfast the next morning. We love staying here! The coffee shop and huckleberry cinnamon rolls are a sweet way to end the stay!”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Stayed one night on our way to another destination. Easy to find. Outdoor area and riverwalk looked amazing, however, it rained while we were there so did not get to enjoy them as we'd hoped. Rooms were clean overall. Some updating has been done.”

“Room stunk. Asked for some kind of Deodorizer but they never got it done while we were away from the property for a half day. Can't imagine this issue hasn't come up before now.”

“Stayed to go to concert at Gesa Pavilion. Was a nice little walk, close to lots of things. We enjoyed. Our room was a little loud because we were next to the stairs but wasn’t too bad.”

“Room was clean and quiet. Staff was excellent. We left before breakfast so I can't tell you how it was. But when we checked in, there was hot coffee and popcorn available. I definitely recommend this place if you need lodging near the hospitals.”

“Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay”

“pay parking? that was a first for me”

“The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and we had no problem finding parking. Breakfast was good, it had the usual waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit, and well stocked. Rooms were small, very small elevator and the only issue we had was that the fridge had a bit of an odor because it was unplugged, other than that was a good choice for a good price, and was glad they had rooms available in a pinch. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone...
