“Terrible loud traffic noise for multiple hours late into the night…sounded like continuous drag racing that left us unable to sleep”

“First, let me say that it is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are nice and large as well as the bathroom. Robes are horrible and scratchy, but who really needs a robe. Loud exterior noises most of the night, so if you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs. The bed is the softest thing I have slept in, almost too soft. The bar is amazing, drinks amazing, staff amazing. The valet is amazing. The front desk not so much. We waited in line for almost 25 minutes without a sorry. It was pretty awful...

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“I have stayed here before and had a better experience than this weekend, unfortunately. The hotel is great but our room had a terrible odor, it was next to the elevators, and our view was the parking lot. It was also very noisy at night during sleeping hours. Maybe next time I will specifically book a river view room and make sure it’s not next to the elevators.”

“Stayed to go to concert at Gesa Pavilion. Was a nice little walk, close to lots of things. We enjoyed. Our room was a little loud because we were next to the stairs but wasn’t too bad.”

“Clean room, friendly and patient staff, breakfast amazing....quiet rooms...we were across from ice and vending machine room and didn't hear a thing from the hallway. Helicopter came in to hospital and didn't hear that either. Saw it, no hear it.”

“This is a delightful old home which has been a Bed and Breakfast since 1987. I loved the wraparound porch. Room was spacious enough. Breakfast was nice: yogurt w granola and fresh fruit; croissant; 7-minute boiled eggs...same each day. I wanted to use the croquet set but we never quite got to it. Some reviews mentioned a problem with the shared bathroom if you choose one of those two rooms. I thought it was fine. Everyone was considerate. However, if you are traveling alone I wouldn't...

“At first glance, things were great, big room, nice balcony. Then we noted our TV had Direct TV with no streaming services. Our room happened to be in a WiFi dead zone so I had to use my phone as a hotspot. The Direct TV kept glitching so it’s a good thing we brought games. There was a dirty bandaid in the elevator for two days until I reported it to the front desk. My sheet had a tear in it, when I reported it to the front desk, nothing happened even though I’d been assured it would be passed on...

“Our room was sparkling clean. The window on the second floor opened for fresh air. The staff quickly arranged for an extra pillow and a set of bath linen. The lobby was comfortable. The location is within walking distance of EVERYTHING!! Public transportation is excellent, even on the weekends! Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee was quite good”
