“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“It was a nice spacious room. Breakfast was good and on time early. The carpet in the lobby was old and it has a smell in the lobby like old carpet. The location was perfect close to Wendy's too.”

“We loved our room — clean, comfortable and very stylish. The property sits on a river and we enjoyed walking our dogs along the trail. Very nice restaurant/bar with lots of patio seating to enjoy the river view. Also a lovely outdoor pool, children’s play area and small fenced dog area. It is on a very busy street so there was a bit of traffic noise.”

“I love being on the less busy side of the river. Much more quiet but an easy and beautiful walk across the park into the downtown. We enjoyed lounging on our balcony watching the river run by. So relaxing after a busy day!”

“Parking is okay, but if it had been raining, I don’t think the walk to the car would have been very enjoyable. Luckily, the weather was nice, so it turned into a pleasant little walk where you could look at the buildings along the way.”

“A charming, centrally located hotel with a wonderful restaurant that has free breakfast options for guests. The hotel also has a first rate bar. Parking at the hotel is a little challenging but there is a parking lot across the street. Both the onsite & offsite parking charge a fee ($7/night as of May, 2026). The room that I had was small & comfortable with no frills. I would defintitely stay there again.”

“Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...
