“I would visit this place again. My biggest complaint was the wifi dropping in and out (which is huge considering the limited cell coverage area), water had a funny smell (but i think it area related), and if your fat like me, getting over the rail to get out the bed is an issue (but my athletic 13-year-old also complained on that matter). Outside of these 3 issues, i recommend it. ”

“The property was clean and extremely beautiful. Everyone had a wonderful time and the owners were so nice and welcoming! I will be coming back with my family in the future, I would rate higher if I could!”

“The lodge was warm and cozy while the snow and rain blew off the lake. We loved playing ping pong and arcade games. It was easy to hook up Spotify to the Roku so we could listen to music while playing games. The kids didn’t want to leave.”

“Even though there was not snow to x-country ski or snowshoe, we enjoyed being outdoors going the the Eben Ice Caves and Pictured Rocks Ice Cave. The house was large enough for our group to eat together and hang out in the living room or game room.”

“The cabin was very clean and had a good kitchen area and comfortable seating in common area. The 3 bedrooms were also very nice and beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for parking as well. Would stay here again.”

“We had a great family time at this property. We usually go snowmobiling but ended up 4-wheeling and hiking due to no snow!! It was such a perfect spot with the sauna and hot tub!! We will definitely go back to this place!”

“Our stay was brief but I wish it could have been longer. The home was exactly as described. The ride in was an adventure! The atmosphere of the property was perfectly peaceful. My kids told me when we were leaving that all other vacation homes will be measured against this one!”

“The 5 mile drive on a bumpy 2-track is well worth it when you reach the lodge and cabin on 160 acres with it's own private lake. We very comfortably slept over 20 men in the ample sleeping quarters. But the real gem is the huge gathering space in the main lodge. Beautiful views of the lake out one side and a kitchen/bar area on the other. A great place to congregate.”

“When getting to this property, it's pretty big and spacious from the outside. Cleanliness was met when we arrived. I liked the wrap around porch for the kids to play around. The main level was upstairs and there were 2 separate units downstairs. Trying to go downstairs was a challenge come nighttime because there was no light leading downstairs. Thankful for the 3 fridge, more than enough space for our food and drinks. Only disappointment was running out of water. It took hours for it to come...

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Parking could be a bit challenging. We preferred this accommodation for privacy and the ability to relax and make coffee and eat breakfast in the cabin. The only misunderstanding was the cleaning fee having to be handled over the phone because there is NO OFFICE at the location and the phone number was with a person at another hotel, who was managing the fee. ”

“The cabin was very charming, nicely decorated and very clean. The neighboring cabins were kind of close and a few cabins down, they ran chain saws all day. I enjoyed watching the loons, eagles and a baby otter on the lake. Hope the little guy survives the eagles. All is all, a very nice week.”
