“Worst hotell I have ever stayed at. Sheraton is most of the time a great hotel to stay at. But not this one. The people working in the reception are not service minded, kinda rude actually. “The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful with anything we needed. The entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable & very filling with many options. Elevator wait times were somewhat long during busy times. Room & bathroom was very small with a view of the concrete building next to us (I booked a corner room hoping for a larger room & potentially a view). We were celebrating our anniversary & when we got to our room they had given us 2 cupcakes & a card-very nice! All in all it's a...

“Ok hotel with a great location next to Times Square. Clean, modern and hightech but quite unpersonal. Checkin via Ipad at the frontdesk. Tried several times to get in contact with the hotel via email, before our stay but I did not receive any reply.”
