“We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬”

“Had no water. Had to call property manager. Found out where to turn it on in the closet. Washer made extremely loud noise. Neighbors were disturbed. So we could not use it the rest of our stay. No information on where to take garbage or what to set thermostat at when we left. Security deposit taking too long to get back. Still don’t have it at this review. Other than those few glitches the place itself was really nice and close to everything. Maybe a little too many decorative knock knacks....

“We enjoyed our stay with just a couple of blips. The property wasn’t unlocked on our arrival but after a call to Frank, that was resolved quickly. Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting.
