Visit at Sea a colony
The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time.
The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. You can actually feel the springs in the mattresses. One bed has a pad that made it a little better but the other one has no pad and is unbearably uncomfortable and could not to be slept on at all.

Great sea colony unit
We’ve stayed in several sea colony units, but this one was the best! Fruit basket was nice but we left the pineapple! I like that the surfaces were clean and not covered with junk/useless knickknacks!

Nice Condo
The location and views are excellent and the condo has plenty of room. A few things that could have been better - there were no tissues, a very small shampoo and small lotion so bring your own, and the microwave was malfunctioning. Other supplies were plentiful. Bring your own beach towels but you can rent chairs and umbrellas if needed.

Great short stay
This is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in in the high rises. The gift of coffee and champagne from the owner made it very special! There was also soap, paper towels, etc on hand. The condo was clean when we arrived except for a few items—the kitchen backsplash and outside of the trash can—but overall it seemed welll sanitized. The only real negative was that I could not reach resort quest about difficulty with the door lock. Still, it is a comfortable, well-appointed condo with everything you need for a wonderful, easy stay.

Sea Colony
Spacious, quiet, clean, more than enough linens, plus a few niceties, such as dish soap, paper towels,... (which we would not have brought if we had known ahead). Sea view was nice. Showers set up for adults rather than kids. Too many pillows! Furniture a bit dated.
Condo pool nice. Outside showers difficult. Parking chaotic on arrival. One reserved space was great, but promised additional space was a free for all. Extra locker was a nice amenity.

We have been coming to Sea Colony and Bethany Beach for a long time. This unit is very nice, and cleaner/more comfortable than most. It is conveniently located within Sea Colony, a good size, nice view and overall, very true to the listing. Parking under the building is a plus and the welcome basket from owners was a nice touch. Two small things--neither coffee pot worked for us and the kitchen knives need sharpening. Those small issues aside, we were very happy with our stay. Would rent this unit again.

Perfect Sea Colony Condo
This property was perfect! Easy access to our car/pool/beach/bathrooms. Gorgeous view of the pool and beach! Bedroom setup was great for our family with four girls and we loved the addition of a few games in the tv hutch! Great for a rainy day. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with essentials! We will be back!

The condo with ALL the amenities !!!
This condo was more than we could have asked for !! There wasn't anything we needed or wanted that wasn't there already. It was exactly as pictured, nice and roomy, and cleaner than most we have stayed. We were even welcomed with a nice hospitality gift from the owners. What a unique surprise !! Completely enjoyed everything about this condo !!
