“This lovely apartment is recently renovated with all the necessary kitchen equipment to have this be your home away from home. We prepared many meals here also using the brand new bbq. The owner Sarah responded immediately to all inquiries. This was the perfect spot to relax. Very safe and well kept property. We plan to bring our extended family here next time. Thank you Sarah!”

“We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride...

“Communication was great, and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. Without a car, the small grocery store is just a quick 15 minute walk. The bedroom is upstairs via a spiral staircase, so just make sure you can navigate this. The beach chairs and umbrella that were available were well appreciated. Violas is a very convenient and fun place place to dine.”

“Steps from the beautiful beach. Pools were very nice. We had a very nice outdoor patio. The onsite restaurant and bar were wonderful and convenient. We were able to walk to Atlantis and enjoy the casino. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Villas.”

“The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

“My family and I had an amazing time at Atlantis resort! We stayed in the Coral which was nice the only thing I didn’t like about the rooms were the small refrigerator on the floor. The resort is beautiful, there are many pools. The beach is easily accessible and beautiful. There are many activities and clubs for children and teens. There are many food, shopping , dining options . I really enjoyed my time at the Atlantis and I plan on returning. ”

Great environment with quiet and relaxed vibe!
"We really liked the resort! Great environment with two different beaches, a lot of hammocks and sunbeds everywhere. Very romantic but also family friendly. Sandyport is a very quiet area and it’s nice for relaxation with only a few restaurants. Close walk to a supermarket (ca 10 min) and it’s ok equipment to cook simple food. Would really recommend this resort for a romantic, quiet and relaxed stay. "
