Sunrise Beach Villas - Deluxe 1 sovrum lägenhet beläget på Beachfront Resort

Denna Deluxe villa med ett sovrum med en härlig utsikt över trädgården, har ett separat sovrum och badrum på övervåningen från huvudområdet. Den första våningen med eget badrum, kök, vardagsrum och uteplats är perfekta för att laga din egen mat och bara koppla av. För din bekvämlighet finns det också gratis lokalsamtal samt gratis obegränsat samtal till USA, Kanada och Storbritannien.

En vattenfallspool omgiven av vackra tropiska växter och palmer ligger bara några steg från lägenheten. En barnpool är ansluten för hela familjen att njuta av. Precis bredvid poolen ligger Viola's Restaurant & Bar där du kan njuta av en fin tropisk drink eller till och med äta lunch eller middag. Du kan också titta på ditt favoritidrottslag på en av de stora TV-apparaterna.

Komplexet ligger på en vacker vit sandstrand så att du kan njuta av havsvattnet eller gå en trevlig promenad.

På kvällarna är det bara att koppla av och äta middag på din privata uteplats eller om du föredrar, tar en kort tio minuters promenad dig till Marina Village på Atlantis där du kan äta middag på en av de många restaurangerna där. Du kan också njuta av den nattliga underhållningen på Violas, särskilt den ständigt populära Karaoke-natten på fredagar.

Fantastic unit for our stay! Owner was extremely helpful with anything we asked and responded quickly! The property is great and the beach access was AWESOME! There were maybe 4 other people near us on the beach at any one time, so so nice!! Would recommend this rental over and over! Also…don’t listen to the poor reviews of Violas, food was very good and service was top notch!

We could not recommend Sunrise Beach Villa enough. The condo was clean and comfortable. Steve was an amazing host and very prompt with responding back. His driver, Monique, was great! She gave us all the tips for our stay here. Take the water taxi to the Fish Fry. It was a fun and inexpensive experience. We rented beach chairs from Freddy’s Beach Service. They are relocated on the beach infront of the property. Violas and Anthony’s were our two eating places for night time. Excellent food and drinks!!! MyOnly recommendation would be to pack a blanket. The AC and fan are top notch. We will definitely be back!

Great location!

This condo is located in a beautiful beach, but also has two wonderful pools too! It was just big enough for my husband and I. The owner is absolutely amazing and can help with anything (24 hours a day!). There is a restaurant on the propriety if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Food is ok.

The host communicated well and promptly. The appliances were new, and the bed was comfortable for us. Some thoughts: Spiral stairs – We are seniors and had to unpack and carry clothes upstairs. They are unnerving and steep if one has stability issues. With the bath upstairs, and if we did not have the physical capacity to climb the steps, we would have had a real problem. You should have let this be known. Bath Tub – very slippery, no hand rails or bath mat. very dangerous for seniors. We preferred purified water as recommended. We needed a taxi to get it.

Sunrise Villa Condo

Very disappointed in the condition of the condo. It needed multiple repairs, seems it has had very little upkeep or updating in many years. Had many personal items of the owners stashed away in corners, cleaning supplies tucked under stairs , fold away bed out in the dining area. multiple cabinets locked. no safe. The entire complex has not been kept up, and the grounds are not well kept or cleaned on a regular basis. Overall very very disappointed in this condo and would definitely not recommend, It is close to the beach.

Wonderful stay

The property has quick access to a beautiful beach. The area was quiet, perfect for well deserved time down. We paid a reduced rate of 40/day for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach, well worth it, There are some shade areas on the beach where many just laid towels. Steve was very prompt to answer any questions and was great to work with.

Beautiful Property at Sunrise

My daughter and I stayed in Steve's place and had an enjoyable time. Steve is very responsive and the condo was very clean and had all the essentials. It's steps away to the beautiful beach and pools.We can't wait to visit again!

Paradise

Amazing location

Sunrise Beach Villas is a gem of a place to stay, and we really enjoyed Steve's place! Steve was wonderful. All sorts of thoughtful touches like beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Better bedding would be amazing but that's a small quibble. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Bahama Trip

My friend and I stayed here for a much needed getaway. The process was easy and Steve was very communicative! Seriously, he was there to address questions and needs. He had a lovely lady named Monique pick us up and take us back to the airport, $45 each trip. She was most kind and courteous. We did not use the grill, but we did cook and clean and what we needed was there. Honest….it’s a nice quiet place. Safe and close to the beach. If you are a walker, you can walk to stores or Dunkin or Atlantis or just around the island. I would stay here again.

Great location

15 minute walk to Atlantis (which can be overrated..dont visit the buffet). The beach is quite, but within walking distance to drinks and food. The restaurant on site was some of the best we had all week.

Quiet and peaceful getaway

Our stay here was what me and my wife needed, the villa was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and more on the quiet side, busier up the beach around Atlantis. Walking distance to many great restaurants was a plus and taxis were always readily available if you didn’t want to walk. Steve’s place was great, and his driver Monique picked us up at airport, stopped at grocery store on way in, and dropped us off at Sunrise. She was great!! The pools were nice to sit by and read but we were out at the beach mostly, which is a wonderful beach to swim or just relax and walk the powder sand. We had no issues at all and Steve is very reliable and responsive if needed. Would definitely come back here again, but stay longer next time:)

50th Anniversary Paradise

We returned just a couple weeks ago. Everything was just as told. Monique picked us up at the airport, making the transfer extremely easy. She even stopped us off at grocery and liquor store. The Villa was comfortable with two beautiful pools available. Viola's was a wonderful plus. A convenient place to stop for a drink or have a meal. The beach was easy to get to. We used taxis to get from place to place because walking was not an option for us, but that was even an easy thing to do. We celebrated our 50th anniversary there and it was everything we had hoped. Thank you Steve for always being available and answering all our questions.

Excellent Getaway

We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride back to the airport as well. She was punctual and helpful. I love the Bahamas and can’t wait to come back.
