“Clean but small room. Very noisy from the street outside. Breakfast delivered as a small basket to the room with no personalisation which doesnt fir my preference. Gym access available but a few blocks away.”

There was no email address stated in the invoice, so we instantly sent a complaint to their main reservation email but did not get a response. ”

“This is the place to be. Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. This hotel is the most charming and elegant place to stay. Everything was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and professional. Matthew took care of us. We stayed here for our anniversary and don’t have any bad things to say. The breakfast was good, and the unlimited coffee was an amazing perk. The property itself was beautiful and blended right in with the bricks and stone all around Old Montreal. 10/10...
