“We were in the area for a couple of nights for my husband's 50th reunion and to visit with the only relative he has left in the area. Very nice room and small touches, like a few fresh flowers in the room and books and candles (battery ones) in the hallways, and a basket with towels folded like on a cruise ship in the bathroom. “This is the perfect place for a family of 5. The room we had was equipped with a kitchenette, 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 TVs. It was clean and modern. We loved the convenience of being on the 2nd floor and being able to use the stairs to quickly get to the pool and the breakfast area. We loved it and would definitely book again.”

"Good value for the bucks, especially if you want to do Brooklyn - which is nice and less hysterical than Manhattan.
Just around the hotel the area seems a little sketchy - but we walked to the hotel even at dark with no problem. And across the big road it’s nice neighborhoods and streets. You can walk along Smith street or along the water promenade.
