“We had booked a room for five people. However, once we got there they told us in the reception that we couldn't have an extra bed in the room (even though this is what we had booked and I had even sent a message to the hotel reminding about that on hotels.com). It was midnight and we were stuck there with just beds for four people. They couldn't offer us any other rooms either since they were fully booked. “One older gentleman who checked us in was really nice and accommodating. There were 2 others at 2 different times who were not as nice and gave the feel of a gas station cashier. The place was clean including outside, hallways and rooms. The shower curtains was not the right size or the rail was loose both rooms we had and had a real hard time preventing the curtain from from constantly sliding away and splashing water outside. Would hv been nice if there was a smart TV. Everything else was...
