âWe booked through a third party for a wheelchair accessible room, however, that isn't what they sent to the hotel, and so our assigned room wasn't accessible. I spoke with the manager and he explained the situation and moved us to an accessible room. He was very nice.
My only suggestion is the hairdryer and mirror in the bathroom should be lower so someone in a wheelchair or who is short statured could reach them.â
