“Loud beeping sound through out the night in room not smoke alarm could not sleep. Ev chargers were 5.00 an hour after 2 slow chargers. Floor had water damage and pushed up lvt making it a trip hazard”

“Payed for one night stay for its name actually. Dirty windows and they charged my for water/coffee. Even the Inn hotels give you a free water/coffee as a welcoming gesture. Anyways, this Hilton wasn’t worth it neither the price or the experience! ”

“This was a perfect one night stay to Watch NHL hockey at SAP Center. Just a 15 min walk to the arena. Nice with parking included right outside the room. Service was great! On the downside, the room felt old and was very ”simple”. But overall a great place for a night. ”

“It was a very dirty and neglected room, and the following are issues I had: • There was urine and hair on the bathroom floor • There was used toilet paper in the bathroom trash • There was hair on the bed, in between the sheets, on the pillows, and under the pillows. • There was almost no place to park When I first went to use the bathroom, I noticed there was hair and urine on the floor in front of the toilet and shower, and there was used toilet paper still in the bathroom trash. “Booked a non smoking room but had a very weird order when you first entered. Keep the central air on all day and night. The shower curtain was too short and water got all over the floor.”

“Bra boende i ett trevligt område i San Jose. Låg perfekt utmed gatan, sedan bara en promenad in till downtown. Passade perfekt för oss när vi skulle se på hockey. Hotellet var fint, bra wifi, och ett litet pool-område. Frukosten var väl sådär. ”
