Overall a good experience - superb breakfast, and everything else you can expect from a Holiday Inn hotel.

They gave me a lot of security tips and wondered when I would be back and they were very socializing with the guest. âVery friendly and charming small boutique hotel on Longstreet. Very service minded staff who offers plenty of good and useful advice on what to do, where to go, and what to eat to name a few things. Stayed for 4 nights and will definitely go back if visiting Cape again.â
âSmall service deficencies were immediately taken care off and things worked perfectly during the rest of our stay. Great garage deal aswell as free shuttle service to the waterkant.
Great breakfast and very good dinner at restaurant The Vue on top floor number 15. Great views from there. Were upgraded on 2 of our 3 rooms and the large balcony in room 111was great.
Walking distance from central Cape Town but do make sure you use the right directions.â
âBoth med and my colleague gave our business card and specifically asked to get the company details on the invoice. Next day they had not done so and it was an 20 min wait in order to get it added. Perhaps not the worst thing that could happen but we got the feeling that the check in people didn't want to add it themselves.
The rooms we got were facing inwards which was not nice.
The toilet seat were worn out and was peeling off.
The water in the shower were filling up on the floor.

âI stayed down the street for a bit during this trip. I was eager for a clean, comfortable room to end my stay. I needed a good night's rest before I took my flight home to the US. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast and dinner options were wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. My room was very clean with a great shower and a wonderful climate control system. I also enjoyed the wine options at the bar. The porters and desk staff were so helpful!â
