âThis lovely property offers numerous amenities and features an exceptional staff. When my original flight from New York was canceled, my host Ryan promptly adjusted my accommodation. The aromatherapy was a wonderful added touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.â

Overall a good experience - superb breakfast, and everything else you can expect from a Holiday Inn hotel.
Our double bed room was also quite spacious.

âBoth med and my colleague gave our business card and specifically asked to get the company details on the invoice. Next day they had not done so and it was an 20 min wait in order to get it added. Perhaps not the worst thing that could happen but we got the feeling that the check in people didn't want to add it themselves.
The rooms we got were facing inwards which was not nice.
The toilet seat were worn out and was peeling off.
The water in the shower were filling up on the floor.

Great breakfast and very good dinner at restaurant The Vue on top floor number 15. Great views from there. Were upgraded on 2 of our 3 rooms and the large balcony in room 111was great.
Walking distance from central Cape Town but do make sure you use the right directions.â

âI slept 10 nights in the female dorm (where 8 ladies shared a room. The best thing of the hostel was definately the amazing staff who were so friendly at all times. They gave me a lot of security tips and wondered when I would be back and they were very socializing with the guest. "I had an unfortunate experience during my stay when I injured my foot on a small sharp object that was sticking up from the floor just outside the bathroom.
While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. I would have expected more appreciated more attention to this matter. "
