“I stayed here two years ago, and it was the first time I gave a hotel 10/10.
I came back this year very aware that Lebanese hotels tend to get worse by time. But here it wasn’t. The hotel is very unique comparing to ALL Lebanese hotels I stayed at. The level of professionalism is unparalleled in Lebanon. Staff are great and well trained, you don’t see ‘I hate my job’ faces, wether at restaurants, reception or the shuttle drivers.
Speaking about the shuttle services they have, I didn ’t use it...

+Free and good Wi-Fi, air-condtion, refrigerator, kettle, safe box, TV.
+Gym and bar.
+Swimming pool (closed during winter time), couldn't see how it was, so no pictures from me.
+Friendly and helpfull staff.
