“Habitación sucia al llegar y falta de personal ( pedí unas toallas extras y su contestación fue que no estaba la dama de llaves y que no nos podían dar las toallas hasta que llegaran.”

“We asked the girl where there was a near by restaurant, she didn’t tell us there was one there. We ended up eating disgusting tacos instead. In the morning the restaurant was closed because the cook went home sick. They should have an extra cook.”
