We loved everything but the closet in the room, every time someone walked by it, it squeeked and was annoying if someone was sleeping. We told the agent when we checked out so that they can fix the noise. Other than that it was great.

Excellent Staff
Adorable, clean, comfortable for the price. The staff was beyond friendly, accommodating and flexible. Check In was a breeze, parking is easy and safe, rooms were lovely for this price and I loved the QR code to tip the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was robust for this price point and did I mention clean? Would stay again.

Great stay for Gymnastics meet.
The only draw back was the pool was not heated in the winter time and the hallways were freezing once you got out of pool. The hotel itself was clean and breakfast was wonderful.

The initial booking my charge was 3200$ through expedia and when I showed up to the hotel they told me my total for the whole stay was only 1370… i confirmed 4 times before signing for it and putting my card in.. the initial hold was 1370$ then they randomly started charging my card 350 here 1590 there ect. When their online site states in their procedure they do 1 initial hold for the full stay and only release it (up to 5 days after you leave) so basically this fairfield property scams and doesnt follow their own procedure via marriot. When i called to talk about it the sales manager said “this is redundant im not going to talk to you about it” then randomly ran my card for another 900$ without my permission. Bunch of scammers

Happy stay
Very relaxed stay! The room was very clean. We did have some screaming kids very briefly (under 15min). You could occasionally hear people out on the patio, as well as some shutting doors. Very good stay however! No serious complaints. :o)

Very nice room for the price paid. Included breakfast had many options. This hotel has glass doors on the shower instead of a nasty curtain. That is a big reason why we stay there.

I didn’t originally book this hotel, but wish I did! I had such a horrible experience at an IHG hotel that I left and went to the Fairfield. This place was perfect. Clean, spacious, friendly staff, and just an overall nice layout with nice decor. I would visit again if ever in the area and would highly suggest this over ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA.

Just one Issue
Hotel was spacious and clean. We didn’t have any hot water in our room which made showering difficult. Water was lukewarm at best. We did reach out to the front desk who said they would have maintenance check the water heaters but hot water was not restored before we needed to check out. The hotel was not busy at all so I was surprised at the lack of hot water.

Overall ok in spite it being newly constructed hotel chain. They should have at least kept free water bottles in the room, and the management just have a high sales pitch, It’s a critique to be taken constructively as we feel there is much more chances of improvement

Staying at top-floor (412) - and there was an irritating noise from a big fan on the roof! I guess this would not have happened in another room or at a different floor. Except for that, a new, nice hotel
