Excellent stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Our family room was very spacious and all beds comfortable. Great location for walking into town. Breakfast was excellent and our host was friendly and helpful throughout.

Bit of a GEM.
Had a great weekend recently at Aberfeldy. This is a excellent base for getting out and about in the area. Quick check in. Stayed in the Lyon room. Bed comfortable. Excellent shower ! Breakfast was brilliant. Thanks to Mark & Claire especially for going above and beyond for us. Hard working couple and wish you all the success you deserve. Don’t worry about wee Telly. It’s not that important. Would be back again if in the area. Great wee area. Enjoy !

Thoroughly recommended.
Extremely nice place to stay for a week and host Mark was very helpful and attentive. Breakfasts were great and especially liked the smoked salmon with scrambled egg on sourdough bread. Room was bigger than many B&Bs with a couple of easy chairs in the room too. Within walking distance of Birks of Aberfeldy.

Beautiful house and garden. Wish we’d had longer to full enjoy the place. The same goes for Aberfeldy and surroundings.

Great overnight stay
Stayed overnight at Balnearn house. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable, looked out to the lovely garden. Breakfast was excellent and hosts were great. Everywhere was spotless. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Cosy & Welcoming Hotel
Great location for town centre and for walking in the hills. We got lucky with the weather and had a lovely weekend here.
I walked here from the hotel in around 40 mins.

Lovely base in a beautiful area. Breakfast was delicious - I came home with the granola recipe! Hosts did all they could to make sure we had everything we needed, including providing a flask of fresh milk each day. Covid measures were very reassuring. We hope to return!

Very comfortable room. Covid 19 regulations adhered to in all respects. Excellent cleanliness standards. Good choice of breakfast menu including vegetarian. Breakfast well prepared and presented. Made to feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

The house is an old sandstone period property, which is full of original features and has been cared for by the owners. The room we had was large and clean, Mark and Claire are a lovely couple and could not make your visit more comfortable, than they did. Aberfeldy is a gem and has lots of things to do both in town and the surrounding countryside.

A lovely short stay.
A lovely 2 night stay with welcoming hosts. Great attention paid to cleanliness and all aspects of this super accommodation ensured a comfortable and enjoyable short stay for us to enjoy some hiking and exploring of historic sites. Very tasty breakfasts indeed. Thank you.

this B&B is close to the centre of Aberfeldy and is a very comfortable place to stay with nice rooms, great lounge, good food and a nice helpful couple running it. I would find it hard to fault this place. Ian

Lovely guest house run by a lovely couple. The common areas are charming and inviting. The rooms are quite nice and the cozy comforters are enough to make you miss your alarm. Easy block from town and surrounded by beautiful grounds, river and park. Wonderful walking area. Yummy breakfast too. Can’t say much for the food in town, but this guest house is a worthwhile stopover. Highly recommend.

Fantastic bed and breakfast location in Aberfeldy
Had a fantastic stay. Location perfect Hotel was exceptionally clean Owners were so helpful and provided a warm welcome and lots of infornation regarding where to go. Breakfast was awesome. I do recommend having porridge with honey followed by crepes with bacon and maple syrup

Lovely Clean, quite accommodation, handy for shops. Breakfast was amazing ! Plenty of choice. The hosts were lovely, friendly people and the girl serving breakfast was excellent at dealing with everyone. I would recommend to family and friends and hope to return in the future.

Excellent guest house
Used as a stop over before a running event. Hosts were excellent, room was basic but functional and clean, local area beautiful. I enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again and throughly recommend to others.
