Enjoy a cosy welcome in this characterful rural escape. Kick off your shoes and relax in the comfortable lounge, which boasts a Smart TV so you can stream your favourite shows. There's a galley-style kitchen that's equipped with all mod cons, ideal for cooking up hearty breakfasts and family suppers, and a dining room where you can enjoy them - also with its own Smart TV. On the ground floor, you'll also find a shower room and the welcoming twin bedroom, while if you head up the stairs, you'll reach the double bedroom - which has a low, sloping ceiling - and the family bathroom. For additional entertainment head to the shared games room, in which there's a pool table and a dart board. A lovely garden surrounds the property, and your patio is equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. To enjoy the bubbles of the hot tub, head over to the separate patio where there's a wooden gazebo offering shelter while you soak.


The cottage is located just outside the village of Devil's Bridge, renowned for its spectacular waterfalls, which are just 1.5 miles away. Walkers and cyclists will find an array of routes to follow in the area, often with spectacular views. For a change of scene, you can take the steam train through gorgeous countryside all the way to the vibrant town of Aberystwyth, with its array of shops and places to eat. Or for a relaxed wander among beautiful woodlands, waterfalls and ruins, head 5 miles to the charming Hafod Estate.
