Dear Vlad,We wanted to address the recent parking charge notification you received in our hotel's car park. We understand your concern, and we'd like to provide some information to clarify the situation.Our hotel takes parking management very seriously, and we've taken several measures to ensure that our guests are well-informed about our parking policies. We have a total of 10 signs located within the car park, along with a prominent sign at the hotel entrance, all designed to convey our new parking regulations clearly.Our decision to implement a paid parking system is driven by the desire to ensure that our valuable guests have a convenient parking space upon arrival. Unfortunately, we have situations whereby non-hotel visiting guests have parked their vehicles within our grounds limiting the availability of our car parking spaces.While we do our utmost to notify every guest about the importance of registering their vehicle, we acknowledge that there may be instances where parking fines are issued. Please be aware that the car park is managed by a third-party company, and the enforcement and fine issuance process is beyond our control. The third-party company handles this aspect of parking management independently.We genuinely regret any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we'd like to offer our assistance in addressing the situation. We recommend the following steps to help you resolve your concerns:Contact Parkingeye our third-party parking management company directly using the contact information on the fine notice.
