Located in a central Abu Dhabi. From Copthorne is it possibile to reach all the city's most important attractions in less than 15 minutes by taxi. Friendly staff and clean room. Also the international buffet dinner was excellent. I will go back here for sure!

Ho soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel. La struttura è buona, non aspettatevi il Mandarin Hotel, tanto per essere chiari, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. La stanza è spaziosa, ma forse una ristrutturazione sarebbe necessaria (moquette datata, condizionatore un po' rumoroso, wi-fi basico e abbastanza debole per un wi-fi migliore si paga di più), pulizia del bagno ok. La colazione è buona ma il salato prevale sul dolce come spesso avviene all'estero (un poco di frutta fresca in più, però, non guasterebbe). La zona è tranquilla con diversi posti dove mangiare e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, sempre che vogliate usare i bus che sono veramente economici. Posso dire che usando i mezzi ho raggiunto tutti i luoghi da visitare spendendo in 4 giorni circa 4/5 euro in tutto. E' vero che i taxi sono a buon mercato ma in ogni caso si tratta di spendere 5/10 euro a corsa. Inoltre, se si vuole, ci sono bus pubblici (A2 ed N2 con aria condizionata ovviamente) che collegano aeroporto e downtown (e viceversa) che costano circa 2 euro (i taxi per lo stesso percorso di circa 30km costano 30/40 euro). L'albergo complessivamente sarebbe da 3,5 stelline ma ho dato 4 per il personale: check in e check out velocissimi, sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Una menzione a parte per l'addetto alla Concierge, il gentilissimo e sempre sorridente Allan il quale mi ha dato consigli e dritte utilissime ad ogni richiesta, veramente un ottimo professionista. Giudizio complessivamente positivo.

The property is located in a good location. They have valet parking although if room says sleeps 3 it will actually sleep 2 so just be mindful you may need an extra room. Hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is cleaned to a good standard. Everything works well at the hotel

Great location in the middle of downtown. Walkable to corniche as well as Abu Dhabi Mall. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and all service was extremely prompt. I called the front desk because my iron didn’t work and they delivered a new one to my room in less than 2 minutes! Hotel isn’t the newest, but it is clean and well kept.

The staff made my stay exceptional starting from AbdelHaq at front desk who upgrade my room and concierge and valet parking staff are very friendly and the [syrian] guy forget his name at bkfast restaurant was extremely helpful asking daily how was the food. I’ll come back just because of staff

Amazing 8 nights stay
Shalie at reception was excellent. Friendly. Warm. Nothing was too much trouble. So was Allan, in Concierge. Everyone was so friendly. Housekeeping staff were very accommodating and friendly too. The guys in Valet Parking and in the restaurant - nothing is too much trouble. Every single one of them. Even the security staff were very warm and welcoming. Amazing team. The Hotel Manager Amrou Tabbaa deserves a huge pat on the back as he too was hands on, warm and friendly. He made the dream team how they are by leadership by example. Keep it up, Amrou and the dream team.

Wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel, as the property seemed old and basic stuff like the buttons inside the lifts were not working properly to reach the desired floor.Basic amenities inside the room, nothing special.The breakfast waa also pretty basic with many items being stock outbon a regular basis.Forbthe price that's being charged, certainly it call for a major improvement.Overall.i was happy with the stay and the location is quite central.

OK over all They charged me An "Extra Guest" hidden fee and hotel refused to return that back even though we did not exceed the maximum number of the guest, so becarfull.

The hotel was ok, clean and staff were nice over all. However, i was over charged a hidden fee " Extra Guest Fee" by the hotel and they refused to give it back to me. Becarefull when booking in this hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and courteous staff. Overall very good hotel. Hotels.com booking process very poor. This was the only bad experience I had during this trip. Next time I will contact and book directly with hotels.

Great location with free valet parking :)
Location is within the city with easy access to cabs. Hotel is presentable and in good condition aside from the the unpleasant smell from the carpets in the hallway. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Our room was cozy and we were comfortable during our stay. Valet parking is a bonus!
