Please be informed that some of our Premium Room Plus do not have kitchenette particularly the ones in the lower floor. Due to limited availability of the Premium Room Plus with kitchenette, we regret that this was not available upon your arrival and only the Premium Room Plus without kitchenette was arranged for you. Noting your specific room requirement, our Front Office colleague offered you an alternative room category which is our Premium Room with Balcony, which you accepted. Furthermore, a complimentary internet was also provided to you throughout your visit. Moreover, we would like to highlight that both our Premium Room Plus and Premium Room Balcony has a size of 60sqm. The only difference between these rooms is that Premium Room Plus has a sea view.
