“What an amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly. The receptionist Harman was lovely. She helped us out so much. There was a lovely young lad, Wendell, who did our drinks for us such a amazing character, another lovely person called Zebh we met at the bar was so friendly, the food was to die for I’ve never had such tasty food ever on holiday. The rooms were nice. We had a family room but we never wanted a family room because we went as friends and it was a bit awkward having a family room.. we...

Amazing!

"one of the best hotels ever, and I've travelled the world! everything is just perfect here. the food is amazing, the pools are waoooo, staff is kind. boat tour on their canals is beautiful. just perfect! the only minor issue was about guests/pool boys taking pool chairs very early in the morning and the guests arriving few hours later, so unnecessary. "

Avoid, scams people based on fine print

"This is not a serious hotel. Seem to make it into a business to scam people based on not complying with the fine print (which is really hard to find when booking). We had a flight the next day but our boarding pass was standby so they didn't allow us to stay or get a refund. Seems to be their way of business judging by many other reviews. Don't give them your money."
